Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and handle parking and vehicle retrieval with care. You will assist guests with luggage where needed and ensure a prompt, safe arrival and departure experience.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, providing area information, and accurately processing tickets and payments while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license or live within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training; or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles is expected.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide assistance as needed.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist guests with luggage and bell services where applicable.
• Answer questions, provide directions and information about local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing and revenue collection.
• Maintain a pleasant, courteous demeanor with guests and coworkers.

Skills
