Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• One month of related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure where applicable.
• Deliver guest amenities and collect/return keys with accurate ticketing and folio updates.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
