Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at the parking facility. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and park/retrieve vehicles with safety and efficiency. The role includes explaining rates and providing directions, with shifts that may include AM/PM times.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and basic English reading/writing skills. Prior customer-service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to perform basic math for handling money.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or reside within commutable distance.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities
