Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance at arrival and departure. You will greet guests, park vehicles, and help with directions, reservations, and inquiries while maintaining a friendly, efficient service standard.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least one month of related experience. Compensation is hourly with tips, and benefits include 401k and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensure, Certification, etc.: Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to guests, clients and employees.
• Mathematical abilities to handle cash and rates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with luggage when applicable.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and collect payments as needed.
• Maintain a positive, helpful demeanor with guests and co-workers.
