Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

You will greet guests, provide directions and local information, and maintain accurate ticketing and folio records. A high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and basic math skills are required, with prior customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• 1 month related experience or training; OR equivalent education.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with money.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist with luggage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations information.
• Explain parking rates and issue/collect claim checks.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and guest folios.
