Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our locations. You will assist guests with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide information about local attractions and services. A welcoming, efficient, and safe experience is expected at all times.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience or training. Weekend availability and willingness to work holidays are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applying state or nearby commuting area.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and aid guests with bell services and luggage.
• Provide directions, taxi info, reservations, and local area attractions details.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue/collect claim checks and tickets.
• Handle guest interactions and payments accurately within the valet system.
