Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality to guests, assist with luggage, and manage vehicle parking with care. You will greet guests, answer inquiries and help coordinate transportation and directions.

The role emphasizes a friendly, efficient demeanor, adherence to parking procedures, and safe vehicle handling. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with one month of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and assist guests with luggage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe, courteous manner.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests and manage related ticketing where applicable.
