Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver friendly hospitality and efficient parking services for arriving and departing guests. You will assist with luggage, guide vehicles, and help guests with directions and area information.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and basic math and English skills. Candidates should be prepared for a Monday–Friday schedule, with benefits and opportunities for customer service growth.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• 1 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Read/write English, follow instructions, and perform basic math; operate a vehicle and parking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxi info, and facility amenities details.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and keys.
