Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, assist with parking and vehicle retrieval, and help guests with luggage during arrival and departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing directions, and maintaining accurate ticket and vehicle records. The role requires a HS diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong English reading/writing abilities. Shift Fri–Sun; $16.90/hour plus tips and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely; assist with luggage when applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks.
