Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly part-time valet for the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, CO. You will greet guests, assist with parking, and provide directions to the registration area, ensuring a smooth arrival and guest satisfaction.

You'll respond to transportation questions, maintain professionalism, and support guests and teammates throughout shifts. This on-site role requires clear English communication and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have general knowledge of basic customer service skills and be fluent in oral and written English.
• Must have knowledge of local establishments, businesses and the surrounding community in general.
• Must be able to drive automatic and manual vehicles. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have a driving record that meets the needs of our insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests arriving at the hotel by car or other transportation.
• Explain parking procedures and fees to guests.
• Guide guests to the registration area for check-in and provide directions as needed.
• Respond to guest questions and issues regarding transportation and local events.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Professionally greet guests within 5 ft of the valet area.
