Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 months' experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Read BEO and complete setup.
• Set tables properly and neatly.
• Maintain clean station during service.
• Assist lead banquet server with setup/breakdown of buffets and equipment.
• Greet and serve guests following policies for food and beverage.
• Process guest checks and handle money according to procedures.
• Complete required sidework and stay attentive throughout the dining experience.
• Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Local travel for outside catering functions as needed.
