Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station, managed by Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a courteous Valet Attendant to assist guests with luggage, park vehicles, and ensure a high level of service. You will respond promptly to guest requests and support a smooth flow of operations.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of hotel driving experience, with a focus on guest relations and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills and be fluent in oral and written English.
• Must have knowledge of local establishments, businesses and the surrounding community.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage.
• Park vehicles and tag keys with location, guest name, license plate number and car type.
• Drive vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests at departure and load luggage into their vehicles.
• Respond to inquiries and promote hotel services, providing up-to-date information to enhance guest relations.
• Maintain scheduling and staffing levels for the Valet Team.
• Ensure valet billing is accurate and posted in a timely manner.
• Motivate and coach team to ensure high performance.
• Suggest improvements to leadership to enhance operations.
