Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to use basic math for cash handling and time calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and related arrivals/departures.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and local information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
