Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Denver, CO to deliver exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking, luggage, and related services. The role emphasizes a friendly, efficient approach and safety in all vehicle handling.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them through parking procedures, and maintaining accurate records while providing support for guest needs and inquiries throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for applicable state.
• One month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to follow instructions and read short correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash.
• Ability to understand 24-hour/military time and applicable rates.
• Operating a manual transmission is desirable.
• Ability to perform parallel parking.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional hospitality for guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely.
• Assist guests with luggage and related delivery/pickup when applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and guest folios.
• Deliver messages or guest amenities as requested.
