Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license or within commutable distance.
• Experience: 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge: Principles of customer and personal services.
• Skills: Read/write English; perform basic math; basic time systems; read routes and rates.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and revenue when needed.
