Job summary

The Oxford Hotel, part of Sage Restaurant Group, is hiring a part-time valet in Denver. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, park cars, and provide directions while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

The role requires strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work weekends. Eligible for tips and a comprehensive benefits package including paid sick time, 401(k) with employer matching, EAP, and hotel/restaurant discounts.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of basic customer service skills.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Knowledge of local establishments and the surrounding community.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests arriving by all forms of transportation.
• Assist guests with luggage retrieval from vehicles.
• Note any vehicle damage on key tags and brief guest on details.
• Escort guests and luggage into lobby for registration.
• Explain valet parking procedures and fees.
• Direct guests to registration area for check-in.
• Park vehicles, tag keys with guest name and license plate.
• Drive vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide general directions and information to guests.
• Respond to guest questions about transportation and local events.
