Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely, and assisting with luggage on arrival and departure. You will greet guests warmly and help with directions and local information, contributing to a smooth experience at our locations.

Responsibilities include explaining rates, managing tickets, and handling revenue as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1 month related experience or training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle money.
• Understanding 24-hour/military time.
• Manual transmission experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with luggage as needed.
• Answer guest questions and provide directions or local information.
• Explain parking rates and issue/collect claims and tickets.
• Assist with revenue processing as required.
