Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality during arrival and departure. You will assist guests with parking, luggage, and inquiries while maintaining a friendly and efficient demeanor.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding directions, handling tickets and payments, and ensuring safe, smooth vehicle flow. A valid driver's license and customer-service oriented attitude are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• One month of related experience or training, or an equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Greet guests and use guest last names during interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures and manage ticket information and claim checks.
