Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver courteous hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently. You will assist guests with luggage where applicable, provide directions and information, and support bell services as needed.

The role is part-time with open availability, emphasizing friendly service, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Employee benefits and growth opportunities are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the applying state or nearby
• Work Experience: One month related experience or training; or equivalent
• Knowledge: Principles of customer and personal service
• Skills: Ability to read/write standard English; basic arithmetic for transactions

Responsibilities

• greet guests and practice Towne Park phone etiquette
• park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with bell services
• assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries
• explain parking rates and issue/collect keys and claim checks
• perform duties across all essential functions as needed
