Job summary

Towne Towne is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services to guests, providing attentive and friendly assistance with parking and luggage during arrival and departure.

The role includes greeting guests, guiding them to locations, explaining rates, and handling tickets, keys, and guest folios while offering local information with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to perform basic math and understand time formats (24-hour/military).
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Keeps a friendly, professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles safely; assists with bell services and luggage storage.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and local information; delivers messages and guest amenities.
• Explains parking rates and manages ticketing, keys, and claim checks.
• Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed; maintains guest folios.
• Performs duties with accuracy and adheres to established procedures.
