Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking and luggage during arrival and departure. You will welcome guests, manage vehicle handoffs and provide accurate ticketing and revenue handling with a friendly demeanor.

The role involves guiding guests on local attractions, coordinating with taxis and reservations, and maintaining safety in a fast-paced environment across AM/PM/Overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• KnowHow to provide excellent customer service including greeting guests courteously.
• Ability to read and write English clearly and follow directions.
• Basic math and handling cash or revenue as part of ticketing and payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive hospitality in a professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and track keys and tickets.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and local attractions.
