Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Plano to deliver exceptional hospitality during guest arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely and assist guests with luggage as needed. You will also provide information about local attractions and services.

The role requires strong English communication, friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle tickets, payments, and basic math accurately. Seasonal/temporary roles are not eligible for some benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver's license as applicable.
• Work experience: 1 month related experience or training.
• Knowledge: Customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup where applicable.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and area information.
• Explain parking rates and collect/issue tickets and keys.
