Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect keys and tickets.
• Maintain accurate vehicle and guest folio records in the valet system.
• Support guests and team to ensure a positive guest experience.
