Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

You will greet guests, provide directions, answer inquiries, and deliver friendly, professional service. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with prior customer service experience preferred. Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license (state where applying) or commutable distance.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Skills: reading/writing English; basic math; simple instructions and memos; basic correspondence; presenting information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Greet guests and use last names; adhere to Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and issue/collect claim checks; manage ticketing and revenue when needed.
• Perform duties with the total time allocation of 100% across functions.
