Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training; coach associates.
• Monitor guest service, enforce standards, and administer progressive discipline under guidance.
• Communicate with associates and client contacts to resolve concerns and support retention.
• Audit timecards, tips, wage adjustments, and reports; enforce revenue procedures.
• Support process improvements and on-call coverage; flexible hours.
• Attend meetings and travel occasionally for account support.
