Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support valet operations, guest service, and staff management across assigned accounts. You will help recruit, train, and coach associates, while overseeing payroll, revenue, and reporting to ensure smooth daily performance.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to hospitality excellence, with on-site responsibilities and occasional travel for reviews and audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year supervisory/customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching associates is preferred.
• Ability to manage payroll related tasks, timekeeping, and reporting with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on guest service training to associates and maintain premium guest experience.
• Supervise valet operations, vehicle handling, and safety procedures to reduce claims and injuries.
• Lead HR functions including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure staff appearance, service standards, and documentation compliance across locations.
• Maintain clear client communication and support contract retention through service excellence.
• Audit timecards, clock punches, tips, and payroll reports weekly to ensure accuracy.
