Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager in Syracuse, NY to drive account-based business-to-business销售 across Pediatrics, Family/General Practice, IDN/IHNs, and health systems. You will partner with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, and hospital teams to optimize contracting, pricing, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or B2B sales experience.
• Proven, successful track record of performance and territory growth.
• Strong commercial business acumen, strategic and critical thinking.
• Agile learner, able to adapt in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Grow portfolio share and revenue and consistently deliver product goals.
• Be a therapeutic area expert to position and differentiate products.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account managers, and hospital teams.
• Identify market dynamics, develop strategies to support objectives, ensure territory success.
• Engage with account data and use insights to help HCPs operate more effectively.
• Determine optimal ABM strategy leveraging AI and digital tools and drive opportunities.
