Merck’s Vaccine Customer Representative plays a pivotal role in supporting immunization programs by providing clinical information, reimbursement guidance, and contract adherence to healthcare providers and systems within the assigned geography.

You will engage health care professionals, deliver vaccine education, and lead business reviews to maximize contract performance while coordinating with account teams to improve patient immunization rates.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales experience or high school diploma with 6+ years in sales, marketing, healthcare, or related field.
• Experience building trust with customers and delivering value in selling situations.
• Ability to analyze customer needs, segment markets, and develop territory plans.

Mansioni

• Engage with Health Care Providers and other professionals to align needs with vaccine attributes.
• Provide updates on customer needs to improve patient health outcomes and contract performance.
• Educate customers with scientific, product, and marketplace information through workshops and materials.
• Use data and tools to discuss quarterly business reviews and contract optimization.
• Support education to improve immunization rates through quality-based programs.
• Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
• Develop territory-level plans to improve immunization rates within policies.
