Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 or more years sales experience, or equivalent.
• High school diploma with 6+ years sales/marketing/healthcare experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Engage in balanced product sales presentations with healthcare providers and professionals to align needs with vaccine attributes.
• Provide updates on customer needs to improve patient outcomes and contract performance.
• Educate customers with insights from scientific, product, and market information and attend workshops.
• Use data to drive quarterly business reviews and optimize contract performance.
• Help customers improve immunization rates through education and quality programs.
• Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
• Develop territory-level plans to improve immunization rates and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain vaccine knowledge and CDC schedule understanding for pediatric and adult vaccines.
