MSD is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative to serve as the primary contact for healthcare providers in the assigned geography. You will deliver clinical vaccine information, educate on reimbursements, and align contract performance with product labeling and CDC recommendations.

You will support providers through data-driven insights, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing education to improve patient immunization rates. Strong communication and field-sales skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of sales experience or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Alternative: high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing/healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Engage health care providers and professionals with balanced vaccine product presentations.
• Provide vaccine management updates to customers to optimize contract performance.
• Keep customers informed of clinical and marketplace knowledge through self-study and events.
• Use data to discuss quarterly business reviews and identify opportunities to improve immunization rates.
• Assist customers with education to improve immunization outcomes and adherence to quality programs.
• Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
• Develop territory plans to improve immunization rates within assigned customers.
