Sanofi is seeking a dedicated Area Business Manager to lead account-based selling in the Port Huron, MI area. You will engage healthcare professionals, drive vaccine portfolio growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver patient outcomes.

You will operate in a hybrid field role with a focus on data-informed decisions, pricing and contracting, and compliant sales practices while advancing Sanofi’s vaccines strategy and market access objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pharma/biotech or related fields.
• Experience engaging healthcare professionals and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence buying decisions.
