Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee in Florida to collaborate with Owners and guests, helping create memorable vacation experiences while growing sales opportunities. You will answer questions, follow up on referrals, and fulfill requests for pricing, property details, and maps.

The role requires an active Real Estate License where required and a flexible schedule, including weekends. Background screening may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related sales/fein? experience preferred.
• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Background and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding property use and amenities; make recommendations from discovered information.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, inform about upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up opportunities.
