Job summary

Kentro is seeking an experienced Customer Service Engineer to support VA-ESOM End Point and Operations Monitoring nationwide. The role includes onsite and remote support, ticket diagnostics, AD maintenance, and coordination of travel when surge capacity is needed.

Qualifications include a BS in CS/engineering or 8+ years of related experience, plus 2+ years in IT support. Valid credentials and US citizenship required. Onsite work in West Haven, CT with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

2+ years of IT technical support, help desk or system administration.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot computer systems and equipment for VA End-User support.
Deliver remote and desk-side technical support; respond to IT tickets and diagnose hardware/software issues.
Maintain Active Directory and system accounts; support network services; interfaces with software apps.
Monitor VA ServiceNow tickets; report discrepancies with corrective actions for approval.
Support surge travel and equipment handling with safe, efficient practices.
