Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Named Account Executive to drive strategic growth with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). You will leverage your federal sales experience to build trusted relationships with VA stakeholders and to align Salesforce solutions with agency missions.

You will manage complex opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and navigate federal procurement processes to close enterprise deals while delivering value across the Salesforce 360 platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
• Experience selling into large enterprise US Federal Civilian Accounts, with VA focus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; military experience or leadership roles may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen trusted relationships with VA stakeholders, SES leaders, program managers, and procurement officials.
• Develop and execute long-term account strategy tailored to VA initiatives and priorities.
• Coordinate product support, customer success, enterprise architects, and sales engineering to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Define and execute account plans to meet and exceed sales quotas through proactive prospecting and pipeline management.
• Navigate complex federal procurement opportunities through the sales cycle and partner ecosystems.
