Job summary

Gesa Credit Union is seeking a UX/UI Designer to transform our brand and visual identity into a seamless digital experience across online banking, the public website, and marketing emails. You will translate the brand system into the structure, flow, and interaction of member-facing paths, from first click to a completed application and beyond.

You will work closely with Brand, Digital Transformation, Web, Marketing Cloud, and Compliance to ensure the design meets accessibility and privacy

Qualifications

• Experience turning brand and visual identity into digital experiences (web, apps, emails).
• Ability to set the information architecture and interaction strategy for complex paths.

Responsibilities

• Set information architecture and interaction strategy for priority paths and surfaces.
• Design the look and interaction of screens including typography and visual hierarchy.
• Maintain a clickable Figma prototype for cross-team use.
• Build and grow Figma component libraries from the design system Brand defines.
• Define wording for buttons, labels and prompts using behavioral insights.
• Collaborate with Brand, Digital Transformation, Web, Marketing Cloud, and Compliance to ensure accessibility.
