Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation Group is seeking a UX/UI Designer to apply humanity-centered design to engaging digital products. You will balance user needs with technical constraints, business goals, and brand personality across web and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with UX peers, product owners, analysts, and developers to deliver accessible, seamless experiences, adhering to enterprise design systems and guidelines while driving measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2+ years UX/UI experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Abstract or Adobe XD.
• Experience with native app design.
• Understanding of Material.io and Human Interface Guidelines.
• Experience with responsive web design and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design digital experiences per enterprise design system and brand guidelines for web and mobile apps.
• Research problems and user behaviors to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with UX peers, product owners, analysts, and developers.
• Adhere to accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
• Use interpersonal skills to collaborate with peers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive products.
