Job summary

The position is exempt and reports to the VP of IT Digital Platforms.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of UI and UX design and development work.
• Ability to translate requirements into deliverables.
• Experience with usability and web analytics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Champion usability and user experience across digital properties.
• Provide architectural deliverables like user flows and prototypes.
• Lead front-end programming in Sitecore for digital interfaces.
• Capture executive vision into concrete UX deliverables.

Skills

Effective oral and written communication

Ability to evaluate staff

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools

Advanced working knowledge of Sitecore or similar CMS

Expert-level skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Usability and web analytics concepts

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design, or related field

Master’s degree preferred
