Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional UX research experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust is required.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to present insights.
• Experience with diverse UX research methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design, engineering, and product teams to define problems and drive user-centered decisions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, synthesize insights, and inform product direction.
• Create research plans, personas, journey maps, and other artifacts.
• Document research and contribute to best practices and templates.
