Qualifications

• Requires BS/MS in a related field and 2+ years of professional UX research experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust is required.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present insights to diverse audiences.
• Experience with diverse UX research tools, remote testing tools, and online collaboration tools.
• Proven ability to plan and execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design, engineering, product teams, clients, and stakeholders to define problems and drive user-centered product decisions.
• Support deep strategic thinking through client and user discovery and research.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitive analyses to inform product direction.
• Collaborate in an agile process across iterative discovery, design, and delivery cycles.
• Create research artifacts like plans, personas, journey maps to communicate user needs.
• Inform future-state user flows, IA, sitemaps, and wireframes with research.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users to define problems and opportunities.
• Apply research insights to inform product strategy and prioritize user-centered opportunities.
• Document research including notes, media, and reports; contribute to best practices and templates.
