Cadmus seeks a UX Researcher to join a federal program, conducting research and usability studies to reveal user needs across projects. You will synthesize insights, present findings, and collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to shape intuitive and accessible experiences.

You will plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, create artifacts like personas and journey maps, and help drive product direction through evidence-based recommendations.

Qualificações

• BS/MS in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional UX research experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust; strong communication and storytelling to present insights to stakeholders.
• Experience with diverse UX research tools, remote testing tools, and online collaboration tools.
• Experience planning and executing end-to-end qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Ability to select appropriate research methods based on goals, constraints, and questions.
• Thorough and process minded; able to work independently and manage multiple studies.
• Strong interpersonal skills; influence decisions through evidence-based recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with design, engineers, product teams, clients and stakeholders to define problems and drive user-centered decisions.
• Support deep strategic thinking based on client and user discovery and research.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in iterative product discovery, design, and delivery cycles.
• Create research plans, personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs.
• Inform future-state user flows, information architecture, sitemaps, and wireframes with research insights.
• Plan and facilitate problem definition and co-creation workshops with stakeholders and users.
• Apply research insights to inform product strategy and prioritize opportunities.
• Document research and testing notes, photos, audio, video, and reports.
• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and process improvements for research deliverables.
