Cadmus is seeking a UX Researcher to join one of our federal programs. This role provides the opportunity to reveal what our customers need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies across commercial and federal projects.

Qualificações

• BS/MS in Anthropology, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional UX research experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust is required.
• Experience with diverse UX research tools, remote testing tools, and online collaboration tools.
• Experience planning and executing end-to-end qualitative and quantitative user research.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with design, engineering, product teams, clients and stakeholders to define problems and drive user-centered decisions.
• Support deep strategic thinking grounded in client and user discovery and research.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile development and iterative discovery cycles.
• Create research plans, personas, journey maps, and artifacts communicating user needs.
• Inform future state user flows, IA, sitemaps and wireframes with research insights.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users.
• Apply insights to inform product strategy and prioritize opportunities.
• Document research and testing notes, media, and reports.
• Contribute to best practices, templates, and process improvements for research deliverables.
