Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a UX Researcher to join one of our federal programs. You will conduct research and usability studies across commercial and federal projects, synthesizing insights to inform product direction.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver oral and written presentations, and contribute to best practices and research templates. The role emphasizes user-centered decision making, stakeholder engagement, and delivering intuitive, accessible experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional UX research experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust is required.
• Excellent communication and storytelling; ability to present insights to stakeholders.
• Experience with diverse UX research tools and remote testing.
• Experience planning and executing end-to-end qualitative and quantitative user research.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design, engineering, and product teams to define problems and drive user-centered decisions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitive analyses.
• Work in agile environments across discovery, design, and delivery cycles.
• Create research plans, personas, and journey maps to communicate user needs.
• Inform product direction through research insights and prioritization.
