Job summary

Cadmus seeks a UX Researcher to join federal programs, conducting research and usability studies across projects. You will synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, engage stakeholders, and help product teams craft intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities include planning research activities, creating artifacts, and guiding product direction with evidence-based recommendations. Eligible to work in the U.S. with a strong collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in a related field such as Anthropology, HCI, Psychology, or Sociology.
• 2+ years of professional UX research experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and present insights effectively.
• Experience with a range of UX research tools and remote testing.

Responsibilities

• Define problems with cross-functional teams and drive user-centered product decisions.
• Plan and execute user research activities and synthesize insights.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate in agile environments across design, engineering, and product teams.
• Create research plans, personas, journey maps, and communication artifacts.
• Inform product direction with research findings and prioritized opportunities.
• Document research processes, including notes, photos, and reports.
• Contribute to best practices and templates for research deliverables.
