Job summary

Collaborate with product and development teams to define user personas, requirements, and use cases. Prepare wireframes and documentation, and help create engaging content for stakeholders and end users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience conducting interviews and gathering data.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document stakeholders and user personas for data sequencing initiative.
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
• Prepare product use cases and wireframes for stakeholder engagement.
• Create help docs and web content.
• Plan workshops and codeathons to refine data model components.
