Job summary

Uline's eCommerce team is seeking a UX Researcher to uncover customer insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape digital experiences that meet customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn research into action and influence decisions across our North American company.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 2+ years of UX research, plus experience facilitating workshops and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in UX Design/Research, Psychology, HCI, Anthropology or related field.
• 2+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience facilitating collaborative workshops.
• Excellent analytical, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user research strategies across Uline’s customer-facing eCommerce channels and internal applications.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including market and competitive analysis, to identify user needs and opportunities.
• Create test plans, deliverables and presentations to communicate insights and guide business decisions.
• Partner with UX Designers, business teams and stakeholders to develop user-centered solutions based on research.
