Job summary

Uline, a North American shipping materials leader, is seeking a UX Researcher for its eCommerce team at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will uncover customer insights, shape digital experiences, and influence decisions across our growing company.

You’ll develop research strategies, conduct studies, present findings, and collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate research into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX design/research, psychology, HCI, anthropology or related field.
• At least 2 years of UX research experience.
• Experience facilitating collaborative workshops.
• Strong analytical, time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user research strategies across eCommerce channels and internal apps.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify user needs and opportunities.
• Create test plans, deliverables and presentations to communicate insights.
• Collaborate with UX designers, business teams and stakeholders to develop user-centered solutions.
