Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor, seeks a UX Researcher to uncover customer insights across eCommerce and internal apps. You will shape digital experiences by turning research into actions that inform decisions across our growing organization.

With 2+ years in UX research, you will conduct both quantitative and qualitative studies, create test plans, and present findings to stakeholders. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a family-owned,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in UX/psychology/HCI/anthropology or related field.
2+ years of UX research experience.
Experience facilitating collaborative workshops.
Excellent analytical, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute user research strategies across Uline's customer-facing eCommerce channels and internal applications.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including market and competitive analysis, to identify user needs and opportunities.
Create test plans, deliverables and presentations to communicate insights and guide business decisions.
Partner with UX Designers, business teams and stakeholders to develop user-centered solutions based on research.
