Job summary

Uline is seeking a UX Researcher to uncover customer insights and identify opportunities to improve digital experiences across its North American platforms. You will turn research into action by collaborating with cross-functional teams and guiding decisions with data-driven findings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in UX/related field and 2+ years of UX research experience, with workshops experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Research, Psychology, HCI, Anthropology or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience facilitating collaborative workshops.
• Strong analytical, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user research strategies across customer-facing channels and internal apps.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including market and competitive analyses.
• Create test plans, deliverables and presentations to communicate insights.
• Partner with UX designers, business teams and stakeholders to develop user-centered solutions.
