Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor, seeks a UX Researcher to uncover customer insights across eCommerce and internal apps. You will shape digital experiences by turning research into actions that inform decisions across our growing organization.

With 2+ years in UX research, you will conduct both quantitative and qualitative studies, create test plans, and present findings to stakeholders. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a family-owned,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX/psychology/HCI/anthropology or related field.
• 2+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience facilitating collaborative workshops.
• Excellent analytical, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user research strategies across Uline's customer-facing eCommerce channels and internal applications.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including market and competitive analysis, to identify user needs and opportunities.
• Create test plans, deliverables and presentations to communicate insights and guide business decisions.
• Partner with UX Designers, business teams and stakeholders to develop user-centered solutions based on research.
