Job summary

Uline is seeking a UX Researcher to uncover customer insights and shape digital experiences across our eCommerce platforms and internal tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn research into action and influence decisions for our North American operation.

The role requires 2+ years of UX research, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. On-site work at our corporate sites is common, with opportunities for collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX design/research or related field.
• 2+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience facilitating collaborative workshops.
• Excellent analytical, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user research strategies across customer-facing eCommerce channels and internal applications.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including market and competitive analysis, to identify user needs and opportunities.
• Create test plans, deliverables and presentations to communicate insights and guide business decisions.
• Partner with UX Designers, business teams and stakeholders to develop user-centered solutions based on research.
